Description
This has been fixed, and relies on the underlying JIRA version.
Therefore, the fix will be available along with JIRA 7.1.0. This should be available to Cloud customers within 2 - 3 weeks, and a bit longer for Server customers.
Problem Definition
When attachment contain strike-through on the file name it will be shown broken on the Email conversation.
This is when user attach the file. No issue

Steps To Replicate
Attach the file on the comment to response to customer
Check the result on Email conversation.
