Wiki Markup {noformat} Does Not End Within A Text On Email

Problem Definition

The formatting works fine with no issue in JIRA, but sending it as notification over Email has issue.
Within a Color block, using noformat will affect the rest of the text.
It seems that noformat goes until the end of the text and can't be closed.
For instance using the below format(You need to click on this text box to see the raw formatting):

I am blue!
I am Blue!

I am not blue because of no format. I am happy! 

I want to be blue, but can't

I want to be blue too, but can't :/

Expected Result

After noformat block, the rest of the text should be colored in blue.

Actual Result

Rest of the text after block of noformat loose the color.
