Default Filter in My Request Page is no longer "Open Requests"

      Experienced Behavior

      In the JIRA Service Desk Customer portal, when a user accesses the my request page, the default is "All Requests"

      • Prior to 2.5.0 the default was "Open Requests"
      • Since version 2.5.0 the default is "All Requests"
      Expected Behavior

      When a user accesses the my request page the default is "Open Requests"

      Workaround

      A related issue suggestion, JSD-1594, seeks to make it so users can set their own default
