Experienced Behavior
In the JIRA Service Desk Customer portal, when a user accesses the my request page, the default is "All Requests"
- Prior to 2.5.0 the default was "Open Requests"
- Since version 2.5.0 the default is "All Requests"
Expected Behavior
When a user accesses the my request page the default is "Open Requests"
Workaround
- While it is not possible to change the dropdown default, "Open requests" can be accessed directly via URL:
