As an user, I'd like to search KB article based on other fields besides Summary

      Currently when creation a request, KB articles are only searched based on the Summary field.

      It would be great if we could have the search being done based on other fields from the Create Request screen, like a Select List custom field for example.

            This would potentially make SD agents' KB much more useful as issue summaries by customers can be unreliable.
