Currently when creation a request, KB articles are only searched based on the Summary field.
It would be great if we could have the search being done based on other fields from the Create Request screen, like a Select List custom field for example.

I am surprised that this is not possible JIRA Service Desk. This not being available really "puts a spoke in the wheel" for our way of working.
This feature would really be a big leap forward for the JIRA Service Desk KB!
I'm also curious to know if anyone reading this has a good workaround for this in the meantime?
