      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      For example:
      In a Instance with two SD projects, I'd like to avoid users from Project1 to see the restrict comments from Project2. Currently, this restrictions of issue comments in service desk restricts only not JIRA users.
