After this week's maintenance, several customers are reporting their Service Desk Customer Portal loads blank page.

Steps to Reproduce

Browse to customer portal URL (e.g. https://instance.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1)

Expected Results

Page should load

Actual Results

Instead loads blank page, no errors when tailing JIRA log.
