To Replicate
1- Create custom field
2- Associate it to Service Desk customer portal(JIRA Service Desk Screen for Project XXXX)
3- Set default value for the custom field
4- Add the custom field to Service Desk "Request Type"
Expected Behavior
On customer portal and that particular request, the custom field should appear with default value
Actual Behavior
The custom field is empty on Service Desk Customer portal.
