If there is only one user portal going to /portals should redirect to it automatically

      If there is only one service desk, going to /servicedesk/customer/portals should automatically redirect to it (e.g. /servicedesk/customer/portal/1 or whatever the id of the one portal is).

      This would save users an extra click and a some confusion.
