If there is only one service desk, going to /servicedesk/customer/portals should automatically redirect to it (e.g. /servicedesk/customer/portal/1 or whatever the id of the one portal is).
This would save users an extra click and a some confusion.

Andreas is correct, this is not what happens (on Cloud at least). I wanted to raise the same suggestion. Currently we have 2 portals, however during the months we only had 1, we definitely saw this issue where there was a wasted click which generates some confusion for customers. The issue is actually amplified by the coloring of the button to enter the portal which is extremely easy to miss (I missed it, and I've seen several people miss it when looking for how to raise a ticket).
