Looking for a way to easily specify SLAs per user based on their Group Membership. For example, users of a "VIP Group" have a quicker Time to Respond SLA than non-VIP Members.
Similarly, SLA Queues would need to be grouped in the same fashion. For example, show all "VIP Group" issues and their running SLAs.
SLA's can be configured with a JQL Query similar to:
reporter in (UserA, UserB, UserC, UserD)
However this is not something that can easily be managed due to User membership changes.
