      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently the SLA visibility shows only the remaining hours until the next SLA transition.

      It would be very useful to also show the exact date and time when the next transition would ocurr as it's difficult to grasp the meaning of a big number of hours remaining.
