Customer portal URLs don't work with trailing slash

      The URLs for everything inside a customer portal start with something like https://example.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/deskname, for example https://example.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/deskname/group/1. However, using any parent URL with a trailing slash, like https://example.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/deskname/, gives a 404.

            I can vouch for this as well. In our environment:

            This works - http://helpdesk/servicedesk/customer/portal/2
            But this does not - http://helpdesk/servicedesk/customer/portal/2/

            This seems to happen consistently when you copy and paste the URL into a different browser or within an InPrivate or Incognito browser session. It doesn't always happen when you open the customer portal directly within a tab of the current browser.

            I believe the <a href=""> link just needs to be changed on the main JIRA Service Desk page. I can workaround this by simply omitting the trailing "/" but this is probably something that should be fixed in the near future.
