Customer portal URLs don't work with trailing slash

      The URLs for everything inside a customer portal start with something like https://example.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/deskname, for example https://example.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/deskname/group/1. However, using any parent URL with a trailing slash, like https://example.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/deskname/, gives a 404.
