      Issue Summary

      This is a regression of https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-16112, but with 10,000 users as the limit

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Install Jira 10.3.8.
      • To effectively reproduce this bug, ensure that there are more than 10,000 users created in Jira.
      • Create a new Object Schema.
      • Configure an import of type "User import."
      • Perform a user import; please note that it can only retrieve 10,000 objects from the source.

      Expected Results

      User imports in Jira should import all users. In the scenario described, all users ought to have been successfully imported.

      Actual Results

      User import only retrieve 10,000 objects from the source.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
