Issue Summary

Assets user import can retrieve a maximum of 1,000 user objects from the source. If Jira contains more than 1,000 users, the import process will fail to accommodate any users exceeding this limit. 

Steps to Reproduce

• Install Jira 10.3.3.
• To effectively reproduce this bug, ensure that there are more than 1,000 users created in Jira. For our testing purposes, we have created 1,100 users in jira.

• Create a new Object Schema.
• Configure an import of type "User import."
• Perform a user import; please note that it can only retrieve 1,000 objects from the source.

Expected Results

User imports in Jira should import all users. In the scenario described, all 1,100 users ought to have been successfully imported.

Actual Results

User import only retrieve 1,000 objects from the source.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
