Request Participants description contains html tags

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create an issue in Service Desk project
      2. Edit that issue and notice that Request Participants field description contain html tags (<p>)

      Expected Result:

      • The html tags should not be displayed

            Service Desk is only providing a plain text description of this field (no HTML tags), JIRA appears to be adding <p> tags to it in the edit dialog. Tracked here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-40434
