Issue Summary
This is reproducible on Data Center: yes
Field translations as part of "Language Support" are not saved properly when using more than 1 non-english language
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Service Management Project
- Add at least two Non-English Language. In the screenshot below, I have added Danish and Norwegian language

- Add translations for any Customer Request Type fields for these languages

- Navigate to the JSM customer portal of above project and change the profile language to "Danish"

- Navigate back to the "Language Support" screen on the JSM Agent Portal and Edit the "Danish" Language. It can be seen that the Request Type fields are not loaded properly.

- Go back to the JSM customer portal and change the profile language to "English UK"

- Again navigate back to the "Language Support" screen on the JSM Agent Portal and Edit the "Danish" Language and it can be seen that the previously added translations for the respective fields have disappeared.

Expected Results
Field translations should appear fine after switching the user profile language.
Actual Results
Field translations are removed after switching the user profile language.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
