Currently, REST APIs in Jira Service Desk can only obtain the SLA information.

```

Suggestion

It is important to have the ability to alter the SLAs via the REST API in Jira Service Desk.
In some use case, in order to workaround https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-68952, a REST API to alter the SLA is needed.
