As an admin, I would like to be able to generate a report/filter to see how many of our customers are creating Service Desk request via email and Customer Portal.
Use case:
We would like to reduce the usage of emails in our organization. With this feature, we can focus on users who need education to use the Customer Portal instead, in creating their requests.
