      Issue Summary

      When a user tries to use the @mention to reference another user, the list gets displayed further up on the UI when using the shortcut 'm'

      The shortcut 'm' takes us to the Comment field in Text Mode.

      This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open a JSM issue.
      2. Using the shortcut 'm', it will jump to the Comment area in Text Mode.
      3. Try to mention a user by using @ and see the list displayed outside the comment field.

      Expected Results

      The list displayed when the user tries to reference another user by using @ should have been displayed within the comment field, as shown below, whether using Visual or Text mode.

      Actual Results

      The list displayed after the user calls the @ in the comment field displays further up the UI as shown below:

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

      The workaround suggested on the bug JRASERVER-76792 doesn't work.
