Inconsistent status colors when viewing requests in the customer portal list

    • Icon: Bug Bug
    • Resolution: Fixed
    • Icon: Medium Medium
    • 10.2.0
    • 5.12.2
    • Customer Portal

      Issue Summary

This is reproducible in Data Center:

When viewing requests in the customer portal queues, the status icon colors don't respect the configured colors for each status type (to do, in progress, done).

After further testing, I found that the color on the queue view is chosen based on the resolution type. Requests marked with a "Done" resolution are shown in green, but requests resolved as any other resolution, such as "Won't do" or "Duplicate," are shown in blue.

However, when the request is open for the details view, the status colors are correctly shown.

      Steps to Reproduce

      Using the standard configuration:

      1. "Close" a request (ITSD-126) with a resolution "Duplicate".
      2. "Close" a second request (ITSD-116) with a resolution "Done".
      3. Check the Customer Portal queues for closed requests

      Expected Results

Both display the status as "Closed" with the green status icon.

      Actual Results

The closed requests display 2 different colors:

When viewing the request details, they show the expected status colors:

      Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
