Issue Summary
This is reproducible on Data Center: yes
First time user (without a cookie/session) cannot log in on CP 'Log in' page.
This cannot be reproduced in 5.12.x LTS.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open a new Incognito wnidow
- Go to customer portal login URL: /servicedesk/customer/user/login
- Type in correct login credentials (e.g. `admin/password`) into the login form
- Click 'Log in' button
Expected Results
User should be logged into either portal land page or the help-center page in customer portal.
Actual Results
An error flag pops up saying 'Something went wrong'.
POST XHR request failed with HTTP 412.
Workaround
Refresh the page and then try to log in again.
