Issue Summary
In instances of Jira Service Management that do not have Jira Software installed, there is no way in the UI to configure the outgoing email From/sender field
Steps to Reproduce
In an instance of JSM that does not have Jira Software installed, follow the steps in How to Change the Sender's Name of the Service Management Notifications
Expected Results
The "From"/sender field of the outgoing notifications would change to the name of the Service Management Customer Portal
Actual Results
This setting is ignored and instead displays "<username>(Jira) <outgoing email address> " on outgoing notifications, where <username> is the username of the user that enacted the change
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
