Summary
The reports based on Metric called Resolution would not give any results.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Dummy ServiceDesk project and navigate to the "SLA" tab.
- Create a "New Metric" called "Resolution".
- Configure the Metric, for example:
- Create a several issues which met the Metric Goals.
- Change the system date to make those ticket breached and resolve the ticket to stop the SLA timer.
- Then, navigate to "Reports" tab and create a "New Report"
- Add a series and configured like in the screenshot below:
- Save the report.
Expected Results
The graph and number will be updated with all breached issue created before.
Actual Results
The graph is not updated and the number of breached issue still "0".
Notes
- The same results will be thrown with "Met" condition
- It is possible that it is due to the same name with the Resolution System Field
