Issue Summary
Hitting enter while creating an issue opens a new popup window if the create issue screen contains Assets' custom fields
This is reproducible on Data Center: yes
Steps to Reproduce
- Install JSM of version 9.12.4/5.12.4
- Create a new project of type "Assets IT Service Management" or any type like ITSM or helpdesk
- In the create issue screen ass any Assets' custom fields (example:Affected Business Service, Affected Server Components, Affected Server)
- Now in the newly created project try to create a new issue of type Incident and then fill the summary and hit "Enter" on the keyboard instead of the Create button
Expected Results
A new issue gets created without issues.
Actual Results
A new popup will be displayed to fill the "Affected Business Service" field though this is not a required field in the Jira project field configuration scheme.
Workaround
Instead of using the Enter key in keyboard, try clicking on "Create" button and that should create issues.
