    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

the main customer portal orders the project in alphabetical order of the Service Desk name. At the moment we do not have the feature to reorder it.

There are several cases where admin needs to rearrange/reorder the service desk projects in the main customer portal (servicedesk/customer/portals).
For example want to add to top of list most used and important for our users portals.

Thus, it could be better to allow the admin to be able to rearrange/reorder the service desk projects in customer portal

[JSDSERVER-1472] Ability to rearrange Service Desk project on the main customer portal

This is currently a major issue for an implementation I'm doing for 19 individual states along the USA eastern seaboard (Maine to Florida).  Why can't I simply select the order in which the different portals appear on the home page of the Service Desk?  Seems like a no-brainer, especially since you already have the ability to reorder by alphabetical order, or by popularity.  Why not just be admin dictated order?

What's the holdup on this request? Such an easy but valuable feature. Users need a simple UI - if we can't suppress JSM project tiles they shouldn't see, it makes things confusing and the interface looks bloated and sloppy.

We need this on Data Center as well. Since this is available on Cloud, what is the plan to enable this for Data Center?

Ability to choose tile size and re-arrange would be a great help as the size of service desk projects grow.

Hi, I saw that this feature is available on cloud.

Any chance to have it on Data Center ?

            regards

Do we have any clue if this has been picked up? Its now July 2020 and this is a massive deal for us.

I completely agree with David Bean's comment above. (Feb 22, 2020). I want to be able to rearrange customer portals into the order they'd most likely be used. Right now I can't tell how they are ordered.

Also, I don't display featured articles on the portal page because that makes you have to have an extra click to create a request. Not sure why.
