Unable to create an email with a hyphen (-) in the Email settings

      Under the Email settings, customers are unable to create email addresses containing a hyphen - symbol. It throws the below error message:
      Failed to establish connection to the Atlassian Cloud mail store.

      Workaround
      Avoid using a hyphen - symbol in your Email address name.
