      As an administrator, I want to configure the default request types which come with a new service desk.

            [JSDSERVER-1436] Ability to set default request types

            This is not just a suggestion, this is actually crucial!

             

            When using automation you can send emails, but those emails are not send if the request type is not filled in.

            Hence the automation rules are broken...
