      If every single customer portal allows for anonymous signup, then the option should be available when the Help Center is accessed. Right now going to the page only offers a login prompt. While the individual customer portals offer both login, and signup pages.

            This is actually a major bug of the Help Center (/portals), which cannot be used without this change because customers won't be able to figure out how to sign up to the Help Center.

            And I would say that in fact sign up should be offered if any portal supports signup, not all.
