Issue Summary
The aria-expanded attribute is defined inappropriately for “Learn more” button in the main content area.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the "Project - Waiting for Support" page.
- Navigate to the main content.
- Using screen reader, navigate to the mentioned button.
- Inspect the code.
- Observe that the button’s state defined inappropriately.

Actual Results
The expand/collapse state of the “Learn more” button is defined inappropriately.
However, the expand/collapsed state is not required for the mentioned button.
As a result, screen reader users might get confuse about the functionality of the button.
Expected Results
Remove the aria-expanded attribute from the source of the button. It will help screen reader users to understand the purpose of the mentioned button.

Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
