Issue Summary

Matching JQL shown when hovering over stopped SLAs is always "All remaining issues" ("matches: All remaining issues").

This is a display problem with no impact on the SLA calculation -  the correct goal and calendar are still being considered. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open an issue having an SLA with a specific JQL goal (different than "All remaining issues")
2. Hover over the SLA in the issue view

Expected Results

The correct matching JQL is shown (e.g. "matches: issuetype = Incident").

Actual Results

The matching JQL is shown as "All remaining issues" (e.g. "matches: "All remaining issues").

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
