When you have JIRA Automation in use with a Service Desk Project, even if you set some action to not send Notifications, they are sent.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Configure JIRA Automation to trigger an issue transition and set it not to send Notifications
- The automation will work, but the customer get's the notification anyways
Expected results:
The automation happens and no notifications are sent
Actual results:
The notifications are being sent.
