Summary
Currently JIRA Service Desk does not offer any telephony support. It would be great if JIRA Service Desk could support telephony systems like ZenDesk currently does.

- Call phone number assigned to JIRA Service Desk project
- Select severity level within IVR menu
Expected Results
JIRA Service Desk opens a new ticket and alerts the appropriate users
