Voice Support in JIRA Service Desk

      Summary

      Currently JIRA Service Desk does not offer any telephony support. It would be great if JIRA Service Desk could support telephony systems like ZenDesk currently does.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Call phone number assigned to JIRA Service Desk project
      2. Select severity level within IVR menu

      Expected Results

      JIRA Service Desk opens a new ticket and alerts the appropriate users

      Workaround

      It is possible to leverage voicemail to email options in current telephony systems to send to a JIRA Service Desk email handler.
