Currently, the issues that are raised by the users in JIRA via the Issue Collector is not recognized by Service Desk : Creating an issue via the Issue Collector will result:
- The issue is not being shown in the 'My Requests' portion of Service Desk.
- If the 'email' is for an SD customer with access to customer portal only, it's not chosen as reporter, but the default reporter is
- No request type is available
It would be great if the integration between Service Desk and Issue Collector could include this feature.
