Allow issues raised by Issue Collector to be recognized by Service Desk

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently, the issues that are raised by the users in JIRA via the Issue Collector is not recognized by Service Desk : Creating an issue via the Issue Collector will result:

      1. The issue is not being shown in the 'My Requests' portion of Service Desk.
      2. If the 'email' is for an SD customer with access to customer portal only, it's not chosen as reporter, but the default reporter is
      3. No request type is available

      It would be great if the integration between Service Desk and Issue Collector could include this feature.
