Background

When the customer permission "Who can customers share requests with?" is set to "Other customers in their organization", the customer is not able to remove Request Participants. This caused the customer is not able to fix when they made the mistake when they added unintent user by themselves.

Suggestion

Provide ability to allow to remove Request Participants in JSM portal.
