Drag and Drop in Service Desk customer portal

      The drag and drop feature is really convenient when creating / editing issues in Jira. It would be great to extend this behavior onto the customer portal in service desk instead of having that standard 'attach file' button.

            We released the drag-and-drop functionality for attaching files to Atlassian Cloud this week.

            It seem to refer to JSD-725 and JSD-1795. It would be great to have this feature in Service Desk. Atlassian can reuse the add-on "JIRA Drag and Drop Files" :

            It would be also great also to add Jira "Attaching a screenshot" from clipboard feature. As you know the customers prefers using screenshoot into email instead of using the old way to send a screenshoot.
