Issue Summary

Profile images have a missing alt text.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In the header section of the Help portal, select the requests button and activate the My request link
2. In the available request, select any request.
3. In the Request page, keeping the screen reader on, navigate to the Shared with section and interact with the profile images of the users. 

Actual Results

The image in the Right section for Shared with users of profile image has a missing alt attribute. This makes the screen reader read the image inappropriately and would not understand the content.

Expected Results

Provide an empty alt attribute to the source code.
