Problem

In Jira Service Management to 5.1.0 when attempting to start leaving a comment using the  "M" keyboard shortcut the comment dialogue box is not opening to allow for users to start typing in their comments. Issue occurs in all browsers

Environment

Jira Service Management 5.1.0 and 5.3.0.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Jira Service Management 5.1.0 or 5.3.0.
2. Create a new Service project and issue.
3. Open the issue and press "M" to replicate.

Expected Results

We expect that the comment dialogue box should open and allow for input from users.

Actual Results

Nothing happens after using the keyboard shortcut, requiring users to select "Click to add comment" instead.

Workaround

None at the moment.

Notes

This issue doesn't seem to appear for the other Project types except for Service.
