Issue Summary

When using Jira Service Management v5.X the M to comment shortcut no longer works.

This is working as intended in Jira v8.20.12 the latest LTS and has failed in v5.1, v5.2, v5.3, and v5.4 of JSM.

This is reproducible on Data Center: Yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install a v5.x of Jira Service Management
2. Go to the Queues section to view open cases
3. Press M to comment and notice it no longer works

Expected Results

The focus of the DOM goes to the comment of the focused issue and allows the user to start commenting / typing

Actual Results

The browser does not react at all

The M to comment command still works in Jira Software and Jira Core when installed together. This is only impacting JSM.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
