Issue Summary
This is reproducible on Data Center: no (Can be reproduced at customer's end)
Duplicate approval notification on certain specific workflow setup Sample_workflow.xml.zip
Steps to Reproduce
- Have the workflow setup similar to

- In the above workflow (On Hold) is an approval step
- Trigger an approval (choose a user for e.g. admin)
- Ensure that transition 'Ask business acceptance' has a screen with approvers (similar user picker field)
- Transition the ticket 'Back to processing'
- Trigger another approval
- Choose the above user as the approver
- Approver email has a duplicate body
Expected Results
Approval email should not have a duplicate body in certain scenarios
Actual Results
Approval email should have a duplicate body in certain scenarios
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
