Issue Summary
When there are multiple languages enabled in Jira (for example Polish, Czech), the Customer notifications are not having the translations for the fields Summary, Description, Priority etc
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)
Steps to Reproduce
- Enable the languages - Czech, Polish (these languages were selected for replication purpose but the issue persists with all the languages) for the Customer notifications from Project settings >> Customer notifications >> Manage languages
- Send an Approval notification from Jira for a Customer with Polish Language set in his profile.
Expected Results
The Email is completely translated to Polish
Actual Results
Fields like Summary, Description etc are not translated in the email. Fields created date, request type etc are translated properly.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
