      When trying to create a SD project with a French server, the following error occurs:

      Cannot find status: En attente du service d'assistance
      

      Workaround
      Switch server language to something else, create the project, then switch it back

            [JSDSERVER-1189] Service Desk projects cannot be created on servers in French

            I notice Jira created new statuses (in English) when I used the workaround (cf. screenshot).
            To my understanding, that means that once I have used workaround, I shall use it every time I create a new SD otherwise it duplicates statuses with French version.

            Do you confirm? Do you deal with that side issue in your patch?

            It is definitely not fixed in JSD 2.1.1.

            Root cause appears to be the JIRA Importers plugin escaping strings unexpectedly.
