Ability To Set Default Value For Fields at Request At Customer Portal

      In Jira Service Management, default values for the Description field are available when the agents create or edit requests, but aren't displayed on customer portals. For some use cases, it would be great to be able to change the default value of the fields.

      This would also apply to the Summary field and/or other special fields.
