Mobile phones : The clear button in the actors listbox is missing label and missing keyboard support

      Issue Summary

      The clear button in the Listbox for Actors in the History tab is missing an accessible name/label and is missing keyboard and screen reader support.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Launch the URL
      2. In the Hardware section for mobiles, select mobile and activate the name link associated with it.
      3. When the particular selection phone page appears, select the "History" tab in the main content area.
      4. In the History section, Select any actors available in the Listbox.
      5. A clear button icon will appear in the Listbox to clear the actor's name. 
      6. Try to interact with the clear button with the mouse, keyboard and screen reader.

      Actual Results

      In the Listbox for the Actors, when the user selects any of the actors for the device history, a Clear button appears in the Listbox. This button does not have any label associated with it. Therefore it becomes difficult for users especially screen reader users to understand the purpose of the form control and input information. 

      Additionally, the button has missing keyboard support and screen reader focus is not received on the button, the button is only interactive with a mouse click.

      Expected Results

      Add a descriptive label for the button via the aria-label attribute. For example, provide the label as “Clear actors button”. This will help the assistive technology users to understand the purpose of the button.

      Remove the tabindex="-1" to ensure the keyboard support and screen reader focus are received by the button element.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available.
