Issue Summary
Whenever an Issue gets updated, an Insight Read-Only Custom field will add an entry in the Issue History. If the Read Only field's content hasn't changed, it still adds an entry showing the Read-Only Field and the same Old Value, in the Issue History tab.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create an Insight Read-only custom field
- Create an issue and ensure the Insight read-only custom field has values
- Update the issue without making any changes (or) making changes to any Jira Custom field
- You will find the Insight Read-only custom field in the History tab with old values for every update on this issue.
Expected Results
History Tab should not show Insight Read-only field if there are no changes to that field
Actual Results
History Tab shows Insight Read-only field even if there are no changes to that field
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
