      Issue Summary

      MP4 previews are not available in the customer portal

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Step 1 Upload any MP4 as an attachment to any issue
      2. Step 2 open the issue in the customer portal

      Expected Results

      We should be able to see the preview

      Actual Results

      It shows a Black screen. It doesn’t work on Firefox also.

      ...

      Workaround

      Download the attachment and then see
