Issue Summary

When copy pasting from locally installed MS word / MS excel / Outlook, from bullet points, with periods in them, part of the content is stripped by Jira's visual editor. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a bullet list in MS word with periods in it.  
2. Copy and paste into Jira's visual comment editor
3. Notice how parts of the content have been stripped.

Expected Results

• All content is copy pasted correctly

Actual Results

Part of the content is stripped 

Workaround

Copy pasting in text mode does not cause issues with content being stripped, but loses some of the formatting.
